Chuck E. Cheese’s: Fun for the Whole Family

veteran's day

I was given the opportunity to go to Chuck E. Cheese’s to try out their new Thin & Crispy pizza and my kids had a blast! I remember bits and pieces about Chuck E. Cheese’s from when I went there as a kid, but this year was the first year I went as an adult and took my kids.

It’s really affordable and a convenient way to get the kids out of the house and spend some quality time with them. I had so much fun watching my kids have fun, playing games with them, and then helping them carefully pick out toys at the end. Chuck E. Cheese’s is definitely on my mom-approved list!

Chuck E. Cheese’s games

When we arrived there, I let the kids play some games while we waited for our pizza. Our favorite game was this one where you use water guns to get the bad guys. My daughter loves anything with water, and it was a two-player game so we could all take turns playing with each other.

After some fun and games, it was finally time for pizza! I don’t eat pizza very often, but I really loved Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza. My very picky kids did too! Both of them ate 1-2 slices and my son asked for more from the leftovers we brought home.

After pizza, it was time for more fun and games. My kids especially loved riding and racing the horse!

Then, my son decided to try the big wheel of fortune. I was going to help him spin the wheel because it’s kind of heavy, but he did it himself, and we both were shocked when he hit 100 for 100 tickets! You can see from his face how excited he was!

After several hours of total family fun, it was time to pick out prizes. As a mom I kind of dread this part because it’s hard to explain to my kids that among all the wonderful things their little eyes see, only a few of them you can take home. The kids averaged a total of 1,300 tickets each, was a great deal, and came home prizes they were both very happy with.

All-in-all, it was a great fun-filled day that I hope my kids will remember for awhile. My kid’s had a blast and they were exhausted from all the fun, and I had fun too! If you get the chance, take advantage of this BOGO deal. Making memories with the family is something you will never forget!

What about you? Have you been to Chuck E. Cheese’s? Have you tried their new pizza yet?
