May 8th is Military Spouse Appreciation Day. It’s a day where so many spouses deserve appreciation and recognition. Military spouses are a rare breed, they are unique  and are some of the strongest people I’ve ever had the opportunity to know. If you are a military spouse today, I am happy to celebrate YOU.

Today, I am excited to host a military spouse blog hop. It’s been awhile since I have participated in this kind of thing, but what better day to bring it back out then on Military Spouse Appreciation Day!

A Little About Me:

My name is Kathryn. I am an Air Force wife of almost seven years and I have two beautiful children. Both of my kids have special needs and so I keep busy taking care of them and taking them to therapies and specialist appointments.

I have been blogging for six years now and I am happy to share that I have been able to expand my blog into a business! I also wrote a book for military spouses called Journey Through Deployment. It’s been a whirlwind, but this blog is my place to call home. It’s a blog, a business, and a place to find and share encouragement.

When I’m not working here on the blog or driving around to therapy appointments with the kids, I love to spend time with my husband, and making new friends. I love meeting new people, and I am always happy to share what little I have with others.
