Young and in the Military Series

When I first heard my fiance (now husband) was joining the Air Force, I had no idea what that would mean for me. I had no idea what military life was like, and knew nothing about the military in general. Since, I knew this was going to be my new life, I wanted to find out as much as I could about it.
I know from the emails I get and in talking to other military wives that I am not alone in these feelings. That’s why several years ago I decided to write the blog series: “Young and in the Military” where I talked about different aspects of getting started out as a new military wife and family. It’s been three years since I wrote it and so I decided to update it a bit. I thought it would be a good thing to bring up again since there are always young new families joining the military!
