eMeals: Meal Planning Made Simple
Note: I may earn money or products from the companies, products, or links mentioned in this post.
Here’s how it works:
1. Pick your meal plan. They have meal plans that are just right for your family and are based on the size of your family and how your family likes to eat. Their eating plans for dinner include:
- Classic Meals
- Clean Eating
- Simple Gourmet
- Paleo
- Low Carb
- Portion Control
- Natural and Organic
- Gluten Free
- Vegetarian
If and when I use eMeals, I would pick the “Classic Meals” meal plan. Here is a example of two dinners from the “Classic Meals” list:
I love how these are something I know my husband and I would actually eat. The recipes are simple and easy and they come with instructions on how to make it! I also think this would be a perfect thing for those whose spouse is deployed. I don’t know about you, but when my husband was deployed it was hard to come up with meals to eat by myself. You can get a meal plan for just one person and not have to worry about it with eMeals!
2. Get Your Meal Plan. Once you sign up, they will send you your meal plan and grocery list each week to your email. For just $5.00 a month you can get a wonderful meal plan and grocery list all ready to go each week!
3. Go Shopping. Once you get your weekly plan and grocery list, you get to go grocery shopping! Each grocery list is organized by the section of the store you choose when you signed up. It is also coordinated with the weekly sales at the store so you can save money! How cool is that?
I don’t know about you, but this sounds like something I am definitely going to try out and definitely think about using during my husband’s next deployment. I love that this is all about saving money and time for the busy family and mom and I also love that Dave Ramsey endorses it!
I subscribe to emeals as well! I love how easy the whole process is 🙂
Isn’t it great?! Thanks for commenting.
