This recipe is one of my family’s top favorites. It’s quick and easy to make, and has a lot of good flavor which I love! I love that you can leave it marinating all night or even for just a few hours and it still tastes good either way.
Prep: 10 minutes + marinating
What You Need:
- 1/2 cup of creamy Caesar salad dressing
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 6 garlic gloves, minced
- 4 boneles, skinless, chicken breast halves
- I also have used garlic powder instead of cloves, either works, garlic powder is sometimes quicker and easier.
- I have used whole chicken breasts instead of halves and I pounded them with a potato masher before I marinated them. It makes the flavor SO much better!
