Grilled Caesar Chicken Breasts

This recipe is one of my family’s top favorites. It’s quick and easy to make, and has a lot of good flavor which I love! I love that you can leave it marinating all night or even for just a few hours and it still tastes good either way.

Prep: 10 minutes + marinating

Grill: 15 minutes
What You Need:

  • 1/2 cup of creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 garlic gloves, minced
  • 4 boneles, skinless, chicken breast halves
How to Make:
1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the dressing, oil, mustard, and garlic (I have found it easier to mix in a bowl and then pour it in).
2. Add the chicken, seal the bag, and shake to coat.
3. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
4. Drain and discard marinade and grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes on each side.

My Thoughts:
This chicken was amazing. It was so tart and juicy, it was perfect! Would be good with anything!

Tips:

  • I also have used garlic powder instead of cloves, either works, garlic powder is sometimes quicker and easier.
  • I have used whole chicken breasts instead of halves and I pounded them with a potato masher before I marinated them. It makes the flavor SO much better!
