It’s been several months since I wrote about my story with stress eating as a special needs mom and how I have learned to combat it through meal portions and healthy eating with Jenny Craig. I can see how careful eating would be the most important form of weight loss. My wife has been struggling to lose weight over the years. I wonder if she should try some sort of a service that could help her to reach her goals.
