How are you feeling these days? I can’t remember when your due date is.
Tell us about your plans for baby names, how you are doing, etc?
I am feeling pretty good! I have a lot of back pain and get tired, but other than that I really can’t complain, it’s been a good pregnancy. My due Date is June 15th. As for baby names, Adam Jonathan is his name, and if it was a girl we were going to name her Elizabeth Rose. You can read more about all that here.

Did you have a feeling that the baby was a boy before you knew? What did everyone else think? 🙂
I wanted a girl so bad that I didn’t really have a “feeling” at all. Towards the end though, I started getting this feeling it was a boy just because I wanted a girl, Murphy’s Law I guess! The day before we went, I took a vote on facebook from family and friends. The general vote was boy. I don’t know how they knew though!

Are you having fun gathering all the little boy things?
Yes, it has been fun, and there is still so much to do! I actually have been given a lot which is nice, so the gathering has come from people rather than the stores!

How are you feeling these days?
Well like I said above, I am feeling pretty good! I have a lot of back pain and get tired, but other than that I really can’t complain, it’s been a good pregnancy. If you want to know more you can read my latest two pregnancy posts! Here & Here

Is the baby moving around a lot?
Oh my yes! All the time now! He especially loves to move when I am trying to sleep at night or take a nap. It is so much fun to see my stomach move, and wonder what he is doing in there!

How excited is your husband about having a son? I bet he’s overjoyed.
He is so excited! He was so thrilled when we found out it was a boy, and he probably prayed every day for a boy!

How many kids do you guys want?

Well, I may change my mind after this one.. but I have always wanted a big family. 4-6 kids would be nice. But we will see what God gives us!

How did you feel at the very first time you listened to Adam’s heart beating ?
Well, I was so excited to hear it for the first time! I did not know what it would sound like or even to what to expect. But When I heard it I was smiling so big! My husband was too, since he was there with me. I think I was just so glad they found a heartbeat, because it took a few minutes, but when they did it was amazing! 🙂

How did you guys choose the name Adam?
Well, it was a name I always liked. It was hard picking a boy’s name, but I had had names for a girl and a boy already picked out before I was even married. I don’t remember why I chose Adam, I just liked it I think. My husband liked it too, and since we both agreed, it worked!

My daughter wants to know if she can buy baby Adam a “pressy”
Aww that is sweet, thanks, but you don’t have to do that!

How many times have you and your DH moved with the military, and where have ya’ll been stationed?
Actually my husband has only been in the military a year and half now, so this is our first duty station. We used a DITY move to move here from Florida, and then when we moved across town to a house on base, we used the military to help us move. So we have moved twice while he has been in the military. I am sure we will move many more places in the future though!
