The Perfect Christmas Gift for Teachers and Therapists
Note: I may earn money or products from the companies, products, or links mentioned in this post.
For the past few months I have been deliberating about what to get as a Christmas gift for teachers and both of my kid’s therapists. With two special needs kids the amount of Christmas gifts this year has almost tripled!
For my son we have:
- His teacher
- The teacher’s aide
- My son’s special education aide
- The special education teacher
- His school speech therapist
- His outpatient speech therapist
- His outpatient occupational therapist
- His outpatient feeding therapist
For my daughter we have:
- Her physical therapist
- Her feeding therapist
- Her occupational therapist
This doesn’t include respite care workers, sitters, and friends. Of course I understand we can’t do something for everyone, but I try to do the best I can.
As I was still deliberating as to what I wanted to do, my good friend Katie at Wonderfully Made opened an Etsy shop. As I looked through her beautiful products, an idea came to my mind and with that idea, an easy and sentimental Christmas gift for teachers and therapists was born!
Easy and Sentimental Christmas Gift for Teachers & Therapists
As I browsed through the WMDesigns and Studio shop, I picked a notebook that I thought would be perfect for my children’s teachers and therapists. I love hearts, and even though it’s Christmastime I decided to get the one with hearts on it.
I ordered 10 to start with and then went out and bought 10 Starbucks gifts cards. The Starbucks gift cards is something I try to do every year. I love giving them because even though it’s only $5.00 it’s like I am buying each person a cup of coffee and I love that!
Because these notebooks have a pocket in the back, they are perfect for sliding in that gift card. I also plan on writing a little note on the first page of the notebook thanking each person for being such a blessing to our lives.
When I received the notebooks, I was actually really surprised at their quality. I really didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I think these notebooks will make a perfect Christmas gift for teachers and therapists because it’s two-in-one. The notebook can be used to keep notes or to journal and the gift card can go towards a cup of coffee. What teacher or therapist doesn’t need a little bit of down time? This gift does just that!
Each product from her shop is handmade with love, the perfect size, is shipped quickly, has creative and cute designs, and last, but not least, is very affordable! If you are interested in this gift, you can order the notebook and gift card together right in her shop! It saves you time and money. Use code SINGINGFALALA for 10% off anything in the shop.
