Giving Your All

In the movie, the main coach is dealing with a team that is not giving its best. The guys don’t care if they win or lose, and they are thinking more about what is happening after the game then the actual game itself. Frustrated, the failing coach prays to God to help him, and comes up with some motivational pointers, to help the dying team.
Here is a clip of a part that really touched me:

Can you imagine if we applied this principle to every part of our life? Instead of going through our daily life half-halfheartedly, we could go through giving our very all, our very best no matter what. Even when it hurts and you think you can’t go any farther, we can take 30 more steps, or a few more feet, just to give it our all.
If everyone applied this to their lives, can you imagine how life would be? Of course no one is perfect and we can only dream of a life like that, but it doesn’t mean we can’t apply it to our own lives. You never know who may be watching or who is looking up to you.
I hope by watching this it motivates you to become stronger, to carry on and give everything you do your all. I know it did for me.
LOVED this movie! God used it to speak to me and my fiance, separately, in different ways, but so confirming of many things to each of us! I gave it to him as a Christmas present last year, so we wouldn't forget! Thanks for the great reminder!
I heard really good things about this movie too. It looks like it gives a great lesson for us all đ
I LOVED this movie also and so did my two sons. Great pick!
Enjoy the remaining of 2009 in joy and PEACE!
This was such a good movie. Our family loved it. I agree with you; wish everyone would apply the love God wants us to extend. Kathi
